Who we are?
The administrator of your personal data, i.e. the entity responsible for your data and deciding how they will be used, is Feltro Design Sp. z o.o., Klebark Wielki 41, 10-687 Olsztyn, NIP: 7393939030 (hereinafter, as feltrodesign.pl)
The following privacy policy defines how we may use your personal data and it is part of the “Terms and Conditions of use of the online store www.feltrodesign.pl.

If the introduction of new or additional services or functionalities changes the way we collect or process your personal information, we will provide you with additional information, terms or conditions. Unless otherwise specified, new or additional services or functionalities introduced will be subject to the provisions of this Policy.

What is the purpose and basis for processing your data?

1) Processing of data that is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you, including:

1. To enable the provision of electronic services, as well as the full use of the Store’s services;
2. handling complaints and requests submitted by you;
3.  setting up and managing your account and resolving technical problems;
4. enabling you to register as a Buyer on our services;
5. processing your transactions and conducting proper correspondence with you;
6. providing you with information about the latest news or special offers that may be of interest to you;
7. tracking your activity on the Store’s website for statistical research purposes so that we can improve the usefulness and content of the Platform; although, in performing such activities, we use personal information in aggregate and in an anonymous manner;

2) Processing of data due to your consent, including:

1. Collecting data along with automated analysis of your activity on the Store website to determine your potential interests for customized advertising;
2. Enabling newsletter subscriptions using the platform ………………………..

3) Processing data due to our legitimate interest, including:

1. Conducting summaries and statistics related to traffic on the Online Store;

3. in order to ensure the security of the services provided, we perform monitoring of your activity while visiting the Online Store, which enables us to prevent fraud and abuse, and leads to traffic and data security;

4) Processing of data due to a legal obligation of vezzi.pl, in particular processing under banking laws, for tax and accounting purposes.

For how long will the data be processed?

Your data will be processed for the duration of the services provided, as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, and after that period for the purposes and for the time required by applicable law, but no less than until the possibility of asserting or defending claims in court, administrative, or other non-judicial proceedings ceases.

If the basis for data processing was your consent, the data will be processed until such consent is withdrawn or restricted.

If the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of vezzi.pl, the data will be processed until any objection to processing is positively resolved.

If the basis for data processing is a legal obligation imposed on vezzi.pl, the data will be processed to the extent and for the period required by applicable law.

Your rights

We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights arising from the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – including the right to access, rectify, or delete your data, restrict their processing, data portability, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

• Right of access to personal data – Every Buyer may request information about which personal data we process, including receiving a copy of their personal data.

• Right to rectification – The Buyer may request the correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.

• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – The Buyer may request the deletion of all personal data in certain cases, including withdrawal of consent (if it was the sole basis for processing) or if the data were processed unlawfully.

Important!

The Buyer may not exercise this right when data processing is required by law or is necessary to establish, pursue, or defend claims.

• Right to object – The Buyer may object at any time to the processing of data for reasons related to their particular situation when data are processed based on the legitimate interests of the Administrator (e.g., for statistics and analysis). In such cases, the Administrator will stop processing personal data unless there are overriding legitimate grounds or the need to establish, pursue, or defend claims.

• Right to restrict processing – The Buyer may request that the data be “blocked” (i.e., processing operations suspended except for storage) in specific situations, e.g., while data are being corrected or if they are no longer needed but must be retained to protect the Buyer’s rights.

• Right to data portability – The Buyer may request their data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and can ask to transfer them to another data controller if technically feasible.

Additionally, in case of suspected violations of personal data protection regulations, the Buyer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. To exercise your rights, please send an email to biuro@feltrodesign.pl specifying your request.

Automated data processing

Buyers’ personal data will be processed automatically (including profiling), but this will not have legal effects or significantly affect the Buyer. Automated processing, including profiling, may involve analyzing and evaluating data to adjust the behavior of the online store to your device and software configuration, as well as your preferences.

Who do we share your data with?

We use service providers acting on our behalf, including technical providers who manage the infrastructure needed to maintain the platform, host, store, and manage the content and data we process. We also use providers who provide IT, consulting, or audit services.

As a rule, we do not share Buyers’ data with other entities unless required by law (e.g., authorities) or necessary for the execution of requests made by the Buyer (e.g., event registration through third-party providers).

Recipients of your data include:

• feltrodesign.pl partners who process data only on our instructions and guarantee GDPR compliance,

• the seller (Feltro Design Sp. z o.o.) for order processing, shipping, and invoicing,

• authorized employees and collaborators to the extent necessary to perform their duties,

• public authorities, including the police or prosecutor’s office, in connection with ongoing proceedings.

\Transfer of personal data outside the EEA

Our partners (Google, Facebook, etc.) are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When transferring your personal data outside the EEA, we ensure our partners provide the highest data protection standards, including commitments via standard contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission or participation in the EU–US Privacy Shield.

Given the global nature of the Internet, processing personal data necessarily involves cross-border transfers. Any transfer outside the EEA is done with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Commercial Information – Newsletter

You may subscribe to our Newsletter by providing your email or phone number. By doing so, you consent to receive commercial information from feltrodesign.pl (via email or SMS) about offers, trends, promotions, sales, and discount coupons.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any Newsletter message. Receiving promotional information requires consent and providing an email address.
